Refund and Return Policy
Online Orders
Once an order is placed online, you will receive an automatic email from us confirming your order. If you do not receive this, please contact us immediately and have your order number ready.
Refunds
The items we sell are consumables, therefore we are not able to process refund or accept them back once they have been delivered. We understand that things come up and you may decide you no longer want your order. If your order is cancelled before it is delivered, you will receive a full refund for your order, as long as it is not a custom order and we have not purchased any items specifically for your order.
Delivery
Orders are delivered only within Lagos at the moment. Deliveries are offered from Monday to Saturday. Your order would be delivered within 24 to 48hrs of your purchase. Please make sure someone is available to receive your order. Contact us with any special requests at info@podchocolates.com.
Packaging Error
If we send the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact us and we will make arrangements to correct the error at no additional cost. We appreciate your understanding.
Pick Up
Our pick-up option is available from Monday to Saturday between 9:00am and 5:00pm, at our store. We also accommodate after-hours pickups, please let us know when you are making your booking.
