“I do not like sharing my card details online” 

We totally understand, however, we prioritize safety, security and confidentiality of your payment details. We use Paystack as our online payment platform on the website, trusted around the world. They also have a transfer option, so you can do a transfer and we will still receive the funds. 

"Can I phone or e-mail an order for pick-up?" 

Of course! The best and fastest way to place an order is through our online ordering system. It is very easy. Click 'SHOP' from the home page and this takes you to our menu. Make your selection and proceed to checkout. However, you can also contact us via email or phone call, and we would be happy to assist you with placing an order. 

"Do you accept call-ahead orders for same day pick-up?" 

Because we receive a large volume of pick-up orders each day, we request that all call-ahead orders be placed by 5:00pm the day before. When circumstances allow, we do our best to accommodate same day order requests, but in any event, you may always come into the shop during our regular business hours and purchase any number of items as a walk-in customer. Please note that some of your favorites may not be available, so it’s best to book ahead. 

"Where are you located?" 

We are however located at Rayman Adeboyejo Street, 2nd Roundabout, Lekki, Lagos for pickups. If you would like to discuss special order requirements, you can send us an email, or give us a call to book an appointment. 

"Can I pay on delivery?" 

For all pick-up and delivery orders, we kindly request payment in advance. Our delivery is contracted to a delivery company, and they do not accept any payment. 

"Where do you deliver to?" 

We offer delivery to most regions in Lagos. Some items can be shipped to other states. Once at check out, it would show you the various delivery locations and prices. Deliveries are done within 24 to 72hrs after your order has been placed. 

"How does the delivery service work, can I specify a time?" 

Unfortunately, they are unable to guarantee a delivery time but will deliver to you as soon as possible. Please note that the only way to guarantee an exact delivery time is if you pick up yourself. 

"How do I store my treats?" 

Ideally you should store your treats in a cool dry place, however, because it is very hot and humid here in Nigeria, we recommend keeping your chocolates in the side compartment of your fridge. Please wrap them properly or put in an airtight container, away from any smelly ingredients like onions. To consume, allow your chocolates to come to room temperature, and then enjoy! 

"How late can I cancel an order?" 

All orders should be cancelled no later than 48 hours in advance. If your product has not been prepared, or purchases haven't been made, a full refund may not be possible. 

"Can I reserve the Pod Chocolates rooms for a private event?" 

Yes! To inquire about booking a private (social or corporate) event at Pod Chocolates, please email info@podchocolates.com with information of the desired date of your event as well as the number of guests. 

“I was not happy with my order. What next?"
